The Surroundings
The house is surrounded by 8 acres of private property which include woods,
pastures and gardens, in a rural setting just outside of the village of
Wemeldinge in the province of Zeeland.
This part of the province is called Zuid-Beveland, a particularly
versatile area in the delta between Westerschelde and Oosterschelde.
There's something here for everyone, whether you're a lover of nature,
history, sightseeing, water sports, cycling or hiking. An 18-hole golf course is 10 minutes away.
Furthermore, there are cities of great
interest close by such as Goes,
Middelburg, Zierikzee, Veere and Bergen op Zoom.
Antwerp in Belgium is only 45 minutes away and Ghent only 1 hour via the Westerscheldetunnel!
